MP Paver Hire & Surfacing Ltd is a family-run tarmac and surfacing company in Mid Wales run by directors Dave and Claire Francis. Started in 2000 we have been providing a professional service to our customers for nearly two decades. Our small but experienced team are a big part of our business and have helped us on our journey over the years to deliver a professional and reliable service for our customers.

All of the team hold a National Plant Operators Registration Scheme Card (NPORS) and have been fully trained and assessed on all equipment including road rollers, skid steers, pavers, mini diggers and other plant equipment.

We’re fully insured and have public liability insurance of £5 million which can be extended if required. And because we’re also a licensed transport operator we’re able to transport all our plant equipment using our own fleet of modern plant lorries.
